Update: I ordered my tickets over 5 months ago…I received my tickets after my last review and they worked fine. They need to find a better system to keep you updated on ticket progress.
I ordered my tickets over 5 months ago and my event is 5 days away and still no tickets. How are you supposed to plan travel and hotel stays when you do not know if your tickets will arrive? I will purchase tickets from others going forward. You also get no satisfaction from their customer service team.

Do yourself a favor and use a different website.
They stole my money and gave me inferior tickets.
They provided inferior tickets to the ones I picked out and would not Credit me since they could not provide the tickets advertised. Their customer service is awful using bots to try to answer things for you eventually only able to Chat with people.

Worthless satisfaction guarantee.
Tickets were being resold, so I had no reason to expect all of the fees Ticketmaster would charge.
After entering my credit card info the amount charged was $60 greater than authorized. Immediately I contacted rateyourseats.com. The rep's response: Ticketmaster already emailed the tickets to you and there is nothing we can do about it.
