From our first interaction until our closing (and beyond), Rod provided total accessibility at all hours of the day, even weekends, to answer our many questions, and guide us through every aspect of our home purchasing process. His responsiveness to emails and phone calls is unmatched! When we hit some snags throughout the process, Rod had our backs and worked diligently to provide clarification and to represent our best interests. I have already referred our close family friend to him because he made the process so much easier for us. We have only positive things to say about our many interactions with him! I had an ok experience applying for the loan, upon closing I realized the buydown rate was not used to estimate my first payment or subsequent payment of the life of the buydown. I reached out to the rep I dealt with and she informed me everyone has been fired and no amount of calls or voicemails are being returned. This is awful considering money was spent on this buydown. Now I'm stuck with having to either pay without the buydown or risk running into more problems for an error not made by me. This is a shame.

Hands down best rate in the market! Shopped around with several lenders and no one else could beat Real Genius. Approval process was very smooth. In terms of room for improvement, at closing there was a minor paperwork mix up but got it resolved within 30 minutes.
