The part I bought was good but I paid for special delivery next day by 1pm and nothing arrived. I rang about 1:00 p.m. on Friday to chase it up but I got an answering machine. I left my phone number on the answering machine but no one called me back.

My bike brand (R Raymon) was not listed so I submitted a query as to what hanger to use. Got a reply that same evening. Ordered the part and was really pleased to get my bike back on the road within a couple of days.

Prompt delivery and item was a perfect match for my bike.

Quality part at a decent price. Not the suppliers fault, supposed to be 48hr delivery but Royal Mail didnt meet their own deadline.

Trying to get hold of parts from some years ago takes some doing, if it works its a bonus.
