This is my second review. I tried to fix the first one but it would not let me. At first I felt 1 start was all my experience was worth as I was never able to download it to my system or devices. After probably one of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE experiences I’ve had in ages I feel this company deserves a full 5 stars. Not only did they uphold their original policy of 30days for full refund which I respect, they also saw compassion and understood my situation and gave me a full refund outside of the 30days and even invited me to come back once my other security subscription expires. I don’t know allot about this company yet but I will tell you they are one to watch cause I have a feeling they will be taking the lead in the furture. They respond quickly, check back in with you and speak to you with respect

I subscribed for a month, not for a year as it shows me in the subscription page. And if I want to cancel my subscription it forwards me to the customer support page???? I have sent a message to them and hopefully they will cancel my subscription, otherweise i get scammed by a online security app and it's really really weird

i never received anything telling me how to receive your product after i paid for it. So basically i gave up and went with avg and spent allot more money then i did with your product but at least i was able to download their product right away onto my devices

it is not clear how to cancel the subscription. cancellation is deliberately made difficult instead of being able to cancel in the subscription menu.

I'm happy in meeting and using HelpSoft programs

Good product at a reasonable price

A company you can trust. I first rated this with one star. After notifying the company why I had rated it that way, they dug deep to find the problem and did everything they could to make it right. The only reason I cancelled was because it was a duplicate of services I already had. They are wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them!!!!

Easy to install and works seamlessly.
I have a small problem in that when the VPN is active,
I can't access my network drive. I haven't done the research to figure out why.

I don’t want this service I don’t understand any of it I wold like my money back

Regardless if you refund my funds back you still should let the Customers know all these different fees that you are telling them Customers are paying one fee & all of a sudden it's different when they they all see their accounts with the full amount that is not stated & that is my complaint. So please be honest with these customers & that my questions & opinion

I am fairly new to the whole PC protection software business. I decided on this product because of the reasonable price. So far, I am satisfied with my choice and purchase. Essentially, there is nothing to do but activate the download and install. It does the rest.

He was able to fix the problem quickly without and offered me an even better plan.

I was given a refund for my mistake purchase on the same day that I requested it and was given a percentage off the payment that I wanted to buy.

I picked the monthly rate. I was charged for the yearly rate. I very upset.

I bought for VPN but as far as I understand no VPN has added and there are something else.
