Costumer service wins
I've had to bumps on the road, been with Rebel for almost a year now. Whenever I do costumer service jumps on it quickly. They always seem to know what's wrong and the fix it without even having to visit.

When I first moved to Blackpool
When I first moved to Blackpool, I reviewed various service providers for internet - some of which were standard and well known names. I came across Rebel Internet - which was started with intention of addressing the shortcomings of these other larger service providers.
I was overall with the speed and efficiency of service, especially during the installation process. However, the best part of my experience was genuinely, the prompt and rapid, human response to my queries raised. Shout out to Ms. Dhivya who was the the specialist assigned for my case. She was not only prompt in her repose, but provided solutions that were easy to follow and specific to my situation.
In a world where AI chatbots are common place and if you have a query/ issue that is not amongst the "FAQs" or similar, or like in my case, a situation not common, the presence of a human element to individualize solutions is paramount. In that regard Rebel knocks it out of the park.

I really want to award a 5 star but I…
I really want to award a 5 star but I need a few weeks of better wifi connection for that to happen, having just (hopefully) resolved an issue with patch connection. And so it's a 4 for now. Niviya in the contact centre was very quick and attentive when I got in touch by email and then identified some patch updates that were then done remotely - seems to have done the trick, but proof will be in the pudding in the coming days and weeks

Rebel are literally the most straightforward Wifi provider you will get. A genuinely quick and easy set up (my grandparents could do it) and fab customer service - thank you to Toby for being SO quick to reply and helpful when we were moving house and bringing Rebel with us! I have found Rebel excellent. After years of paying out for services that were utterly useless & unreliable, I took a punt & signed up - & how refreshing!
Very clear set up instructions. An app to view whenever I want and regular emails, with easy communication. Plus immediate notifications if any issues arise and updates when things are resolved; they seem to be on the case! I am not looking at a blank screen anymore! Seeing as I live in a semi- rural area I am very happy with the Company so far. A pleasure to turn the computer on and not complain!!

Rebel WiFi actually really does work
Rebel WiFi actually really does work. It is a bit more expensive than other providers, but it's definitely worth a few extra pounds. Customer service gets back to you within a couple of hours if not faster when you run into a problem, and the customer support people are very nice and efficient (you'll never be getting copied-and-pasted responses that don't even answer your question like other companies).
Niviya has helped me with my WiFi issue today. It was unstable but she quickly identified the issue and fixed it for me right away. Thanks so much xx
