I ordered a phone case from this company. When it arrived it wasn’t the correct one for my phone. I promptly contacted them about it. Apparently I had clicked the wrong item in the drop down menu. So I had actually received what I should have. Martin, from Reborn Device came up with a great solution which I was very happy with. I am now about to receive the correct case for my phone.
More companies should take a leaf out of Reborn Device’s after sales book.
I would highly recommend this company.

It’s says “carbon fiber” but the case is just a regular plastic case, the build quality is horrible, i would not recommend buying this case or any protect from this scam company!

I would just like to say that I have had the carbon fibre case v3 for 4 months now and have to come realise that it is not actually carbon fibre and just some plastic with a fake carbon fibre pattern over the top

The carbon fiber iPhone cases are excellent! Great fit, nice feel and texture, and awesome looks! Finally found the case I was looking for after hours of searching.
Shipping took about a week but tracking number is provided. It’s shipping from Europe so took some time. Lastly, I had questions on how to install the lens protector and their customer support answered all my questions within 24 hours. Thank you!!

This is the second cover I have bought from RD, this time for a15ProMax. I really like the minimal profile it offers which doesn’t detract from the design of the phone. The all over pattern is very cool and gives a good grip. My ordering experience has been good on both occasions with delivery within 5 days.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about on here. Shipping took a long time but the case itself is very nice and feels sturdy for how thin it is. Looks beautiful on my phone and I'm very picky about cases.

This company are crooks. Ordered the Case for iPhone 15 pro and never received it. Sent them multiple emails with no reply.

Ordered a Pitaka case just a week ago and received it with no issues.

It’s been two weeks now and no one has even bothered to reply to any of my emails. Not happy with lack of customer service is a understatement

worthless plastic covers, reviews on site get deleted if they dont like them. what you get is a textured plastic cover painted to look like carbon. paints scrapes off 2 months in.

Complete scam site - advertises for carbon fiber covers that are almost unbreakable etc.
Overpay just to have a 2milimeter thin plastic s**t cover mailed to me. Wish products with fancy advertisement, f*** you RD

The Carbon phone case was nice to look at but that’s all. The buttons rattle when moved. Not cool. Finger smudges show all over. Slippery when held. Good luck trying to return product. No such option on website. Tried emailing them but as expected no reply from this fly by night company. Can not recommend at all.

Very thin cheap plastic. Broke the first time I dropped my phone. Might as well not have had a case, a waste if money

I ordered a phone case for my 13 Pro, the case arrived promptly, however the case cracked around the top corner of the phone, I’ve sent 2 emails but have had no reply from Reborn.

I ordered the case for iphone 14 pro max. First thing wrong is that they state that the case is carbon composite. That is not true. Thjese cases are made of plastic with carbon fiber paint. The first case didn't fit. They did send me another case only to crack days from installing it. Didnt even drop the phone, just installed they way they directed it. I purchased another only to have it crack again. I sent martin from customer service 5 emails along with photos to not get any responses back. If this case cost $15, I would say its cheap and not real carbon, but I paid $54 with shipping for what I thought was real carbon composite case, not cheap plastic. They are scamming and will not return money or refund bad items. buyer be ware!
If the company doesn't want bad TRUE reviews, then reply to your customers that are asking for your help to resolve a defective item or piece of crap item
