The company promises to deliver the phone within 4 working days. After 7 days of not hearing from the company I contacted by email only to be told they’ve been very busy and they’ll look into the issue. Few days later I’m told they don’t have the colour of the phone ordered and offered me a different colour. There was no offer of compensation or reduction in the price!!

The refurbished iPhone 12 we bought from Reboxed stopped working after just two weeks of use - it suddenly lost all charge and couldn't be recharged. Reboxed refused to give us a full refund, instead requiring us to return the faulty phone for repair. A phone was then returned to us which worked for just 5 weeks before the identical fault occurred. The phone is unusable, stuck in a boot loop. We emailed Reboxed 17 days ago asking for a full refund and written confirmation within 14 days, but this has still not happened. We have only received AI email messages claiming the matter has been escalated. We are very annoyed. The situation has caused us considerable stress, lost data and time wasted. We would advise against doing business with Reboxed.

Very helpful and fast response.
Unfortunately after placing my order I was unable to receive it due to not living full time in UK. As soon as this was known I was issued with a full refund.
I would still recommend them as it was a legal requirement in Uk so not the companies fault.
Delivered as promised and quickly, returned and refunded equally diligently thank you RACHELLE
Absolutely brilliant! I honestly wouldn't be able to tell the difference between my new phone and a brand new. Mine was classed as Great condition but it's like brand new! I'm definitely sticking with this company now they've saved me a fortune! I'd never afford a flagship phone otherwise thankyou so so much!

Shipping which is meant to be next day took a week and when the phone arrived it had a flat battery and the screen was badly scratched even tho I got excellent condition would not recommend!!! Then took another week to get a return

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Rebox:

To begin with, I was sent the wrong item, which is entirely unacceptable. I followed all instructions provided, returned the item using their return label, and have now been waiting over a month for my refund.
Despite my patience, I still have not received my money back. This is simply not acceptable and raises serious concerns about how this company handles customer issues and refunds.
Their customer service has been equally frustrating. Responses are vague, slow, and show a clear lack of urgency or willingness to resolve the issue. There has been no clear communication or accountability throughout this process.
At this point, this delay constitutes a violation of my consumer rights. A refund should not take this long, especially when the mistake was on their side from the start.
If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this further by pursuing a chargeback through my financial institution, reporting this to the relevant consumer authorities, and, if necessary, taking legal action through the small claims court.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from Rebox based on my experience.

I was sceptical about the quality of the phone prior to ordering, but everything was according to the description and the phone has been performing just fine. I am glad a chose a more sustainable and economical option for my new smartphone.

Ordered a phone with a quite short time between ordering and needing for a gift. Paid for 24hr delivery which would have been fine.
No delivery attempt made, order confirmation email received on the day I placed the order. When I made contact the day after delivery should have been made to ask for some form of tracking I was advised the item I had bought and paid for was out of stock. Item still showing, at time of receiving this information, as available on the website.
Full refund received, of course, 5 days later, but an absolute lack of communication from Reboxed.co regarding the situation causing many issues within the household to rectify the situation we now found ourselves in.... No gift and no money to therefore rectify that locally. As a result, you couldn't pay me to use their site now, absolute lack of trust and confidence in their ability to complete an order or have any respect to their customers
