Very quick service and I was complete happy with my new phone. I ordered the average quality one expecting to see a few marks etc as per the description, but on arrival I couldn’t believe its perfect condition, even looking fit faults I couldn’t find any. Super pleased.

Excellent customer experience and good competitive price

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

As soon as I realised there was a potential issue with my order, I contacted customer support immediately. Unfortunately, rather than receiving assistance from a person, I was directed to a chatbot which was unable to resolve my concerns. I then sent multiple emails requesting help and clarification, yet despite three separate attempts to contact the company, the issue remained unresolved.

I specifically requested assistance regarding the delivery address and sought confirmation of where the phone would be delivered. Despite my efforts, no meaningful action appeared to be taken, and the phone was ultimately delivered to the original address. This resulted in me having to travel to collect it myself, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.

To make matters worse, when the delivery was eventually made, the courier simply left the phone outside the door and rang the bell. Had nobody been home at the time, the device could very easily have been stolen. Considering the value of the item, I find this completely unacceptable and well below the standard of service I would expect.

The entire experience left me feeling ignored as a customer and lacking confidence in both the communication process and the delivery arrangements.

The only positive aspect of this experience is the product itself. I am very pleased with the phone, which is excellent. Unfortunately, the quality of the product does not make up for the poor customer service and delivery experience that surrounded it.

Based on my experience, there is significant room for improvement in customer support, communication, and delivery procedures.

Great service! Quickly received a Phone in good condition. Needed by my Wife as, her work App struggled to run on her outdated Phone.

I received my refurbished phone today. Excellent packaging with a charging wire, plus a screen wipe and packet of sweets - extra bits you don't get buying new! The phone was sold as pristine and it's certainly that - it looks brand new and the battery health is 100%. It was definitely worth buying refurbished and saving cash and the environment at the same time. I'm also pleased to discover that Reboxed is a B-Corp, even better. I'm really happy with the whole experience and will definitely be recommending Reboxed and using them again.

Phone arrived in perfect condition (bought pristine) and very happy with it. There was a slight issue with shipping however after contacting reboxed support the issue was quickly resolved and the phone arrived a day later (thank you Rachelle for your help)

I purchased a previous generation iPhone for almost half the price in seemingly pristine condition. I definitely will be using Reboxed again. Quick delivery and friendly service. Good for the bank and good for the planet.
