No charge cable
I bought a refurbished laptop for my daughter. The laptop came quickly but without a charge cable. Luckily I had a spare. But if I hadn’t we would have been in trouble. We have had no problems with the laptop but I find it hard to believe that any company would sell a laptop without a cable.
UPDATE
I am happy to report that the company reached out to me after the review and sent out a cable. I’m happy it has been resolved.
