Product received was as described, was shipped in a reasonably prompt time, was well packaged. Especially liked the constant email updates re order status.

If I had to choose a single word to describe my dealings with Recompute it would have to be simply 'OUTSTANDING'! Well considered advice provided over the phone as to what was the best laptop for a beginner would be? Sure was, and it certainly wasn't the dearest laptop in the warehouse either! Request to delay delivery till after we returned from holidays? Not a problem! Request for Recompute to consider reimbursing me for the 'Black Friday' discount that I forgot to apply when placing my initial order? Certainly. We'll put it through as soon as the laptop order is processed and dispatched!

I'm usually fairly wary about purchasing online, particularly with businesses that I have never dealt with before. However, the online reviews about Recompute certainly eased my doubts, and my own experince with them now confirms what everyone else had already said. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Recompute to any of my friends and acquaintences.
