Thanks for leaving a review of our Lite inspection service!
As noted in the rating guide at the bottom of the report a 3 star rating is indicative of a vehicle being in fair condition, with some signs of damage/wear consistent with a vehicle of that particular age and usage.
In this case our inspector found that the vehicle was presenting as in expected condition given the vehicles age, and that while in working condition did have wear that would prevent it rating above 3 stars.

The side mirror was faulty only moving…
The side mirror was faulty only moving side to side and not up and down. This led to us driving away with no visibility of a blind spot on the passenger side and also did not allow us to have repaired before pick up. The car and also side mirror was not used prior to pick up. The outcome was no responsibility accepted after I waited 5 business days for a reply.

As our inspections are a condition report of the vehicle at the time our inspectors attended we can only report on the status of items whilst in attendance, and in this case there were no faults found with mirror opperation/adjustment when tested.

Inspection was very thorough
Would give 5 stars but people on the phone when asking why inspection hadn’t been booked within 24 hours ,were not very friendly.
Saying that once the inspection was done (booked on Wednesday and inspection was done on following Tuesday), it was great .
Inspector Kyle ,was beyond thorough, every scratch and tiniest little flaw was reported.
Kyle called me as well and discussed everything
Would definitely recommend before buying a car.
