Inspection was very thorough

Would give 5 stars but people on the phone when asking why inspection hadn’t been booked within 24 hours ,were not very friendly.
Saying that once the inspection was done (booked on Wednesday and inspection was done on following Tuesday), it was great .
Inspector Kyle ,was beyond thorough, every scratch and tiniest little flaw was reported.
Kyle called me as well and discussed everything
Would definitely recommend before buying a car.

The person who did the inspection was a true professional. He rang to make sure I got the report, he asked if I had any questions and when i did, he explained it so I understood.

I got my vehicle inspected for uber…

I got my vehicle inspected for uber ride share services this morning. I must say “Simon”the person who assisted me was great at providing customer service .
He was very welcoming , and amazing .
He had great knowledge of his work . I was very happy with his service .
Highly recommended , keep up the great work.

Very rude behaviour by the staff

Very rude behaviour by the staff, not helpful and also intimidating. Obviously they think you infinite supply of my to book their inspection again and again for any minor issue.

Amazing service

Got the phone call immediately after inspection, the inspector gave me his number if I wanted to contact him again, the report came thru promptly, plenty of photos, and exactly what was wrong with car.

Given false information

I organised and paid $350 for a pre-purchase inspection on a second hand car last week. I was told over the phone by the mechanic and also in the report that the car passenger window didn’t work, the tyres needed urgent attention and that there were various other significant issues with the vehicle. I purchased the vehicle and clicked the ‘unlock’ button on the driver side to find the passenger windows were working in perfect order. I then took it to my regular, trusted mechanic ready to have all of these problems rectified only to find out that actually nothing is faulty with the vehicle at all and tyres do not require replacing or attention. Whilst I’m of course glad I didn’t have to spend extra money having these problems solved, spending $350 and being given false information is not what I would expect from a company like this. It is hard finding a mechanic you trust at the best of times and this experience only fuels that fire.

Thanks for leaving a review of our inspection service.

Our inspection service is a condition report of the vehicle at the time of viewing, and the items noted on the report were deemed notable enough to be marked attention required.

The tyre in question was noted for having a large gouge mark in the sidewall of the front left tyre as shown in image 13 under the tyre section, there were no noted issues on the remaining tyres and this area was rated 2 stars.

The window was shown to be in the unlocked position when the inspector tried to lower it however it did not opperate correctly at the time of inspection.

As the vehicle was previously reported as having been written off our team will do a thorough check and note anything that may be considered necessary to ensure the maximum amount of information is conveyed to buyers by the report.
