Very professional. Competitive pricing for package of all outside cleaning inclusive (roof steam clean, gutters, soffits, fascia, windows). We would definitely recommnd Red Clean. Thay are reliable, honest and friendly. Excellent quality of work from Craig and Paul . They were efficeineta dn explained what they were doing at every step. Jon is also an exccellent manager dealing well with initial quote and communications after the work. We will use Red Clean again. We are really pleased with their guarantee and dated certificate and know we can rely on them should moss return before the stated time.

Very professional and good value for money, competitive pricing for package of all outside cleaning inclusive (roof steam clean, gutters, soffits, fascia, conservatory, window, driveway cleaning). I will need to special mention about the level of customer service and quality of work. I had a leakage issue and RedClean came back 2nd time when the issue is fixed to finish the roof cleaning. Also, they came third time once my scaffolding is removed to finish the window and conservatory cleaning on the rear side. Craig, Paul and the other window cleaner all did a fantastic job and we are happy that the outside of our house is now clean to the extent possible. Also, special mention to Jon who was prompt from the time of initial quote and further comms and follow up. I would definitely recommend to others and will also use their services in future and recommend to friends.

Efficient and helpful quotation process. Team of Paul and Brady were on time, professional and polite. They explained all the processes and asked if they had any doubts.

UPDATE: The company has gotten back to me and offered to re clean the windows which I have not taken. But has also not changed me for the first poor clean. So bad start but very good customer support

Our roof was cleaned and treated to a great standard.Craig and Aaron carried out a 1st class job.They were efficient and informative leaving us with a confidence of a job well done.But importantly no hesitation in recommending them for a quote.

Atrocious. Unreliable. Don’t turn up when they fancy a day off and give terrible excuses. Have now pulled out of a huge job halfway through by ghosting the development. Shambles and totally unprofessional. Also many areas they did clean will need going over and they never stuck to the schedule or cleaned up the mess caused by their cleaning.

The service was swift and effective from start to finish - brilliant!

I called and asked if they could look at my guttering that I suspect was causing an issue with the recent rain and I had a gentleman named Craig turn up within 24 hours!

Craig assembled the machinery and in less than 30 minutes I had leaf free and unblocked guttering both front and back.

Will defo keep details for future use.

These boys really know what they are doing. I’ve never met such an efficient and well oiled machine when it comes to having anything cleaned. I’ve had pretty much every service they offer and always exceed expectations. Totally recommended.

Excellent all round. Craig and Paul came with scaffold towers to remove our heavy moss'd roof. Comprehensive process explanations explaining the roof scrap first and then treatment which could take up to 6 months to kill all residual moss and a 4yr guarantee providing peace of mind. They were a pleasure to have and left us all clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

What a great company to deal with. Their ‘scrape and treat’ process avoids the need for high pressure washing or people climbing all over the roof. The process was clearly explained beforehand and the guys on site were absolutely brilliant. All debris was removed, with gutters hoovered, windows washed and the property was left immaculate. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
