Poor customer service

I don't normally do reviews but am hoping to get a response by doing so with my refund. Booked 3 tickets to attend the Harry Potter concert in Oxford. Turn up to the venue to be told it's rescheduled. Was given an email address to request refund as we couldn't make rescheduled date. Have emailed 4 times and have yet to receive any response. Very poor service. No communication received about it being reschedule before turning up. I would like the refund I was offered by your representative at the venue responsible for telling us it was rescheduled please.

Unprofessional

The music - Interstellar- was beautiful. However the distractions in the church during the performance ruined it for all of us.
We thought the church would be lit with coloured lights as part of the show but this turned out to be just 2 blueish lights by the orchestra. There was a streaming light coming in from backstage door which was very distracting. Plus a woman ( part of the official team)came right up to the orchestra to take photos of the orchestra on her phone during the performance. Also latecomers were coming in all the time.
We heard other audience members complaining about the unprofessional performance and disappointing lighting effects.
Maybe more effective in winter. But turn off the back stage light and stop taking photos during the performance for Instagram...do it in a rehearsal.
The 5 of us were very disappointed.

Lovely concert

Very nice staff at the entrance and to show us our seats. We got a nice upgrade as our seats had restricted view for this show, which was very appreciated. The candles gave the venue a lovely warm atmosphere. And the concert was very enjoyable.

Beautiful and Emotional - Whitney Houston

Absolutely wonderful evening watch the mystery ensemble play Whitney Houston hits! It was so beautiful and quite emotional with their spin on some of the greatest hits! Thoroughly recommend, the venue off high st Kensington was stunning and convenient too!

Live Concert

Amazing performance by the ensemble; speechless to say the least. Ambience and venue was superb. Never experience anything like this before and will definitely attend live concerts and performances.
