Poor Reviews are from Infringing Sellers not Brands

If you are a brand or manufacturer of consumer goods and wish to monitor/protect/enforce your IP across the web globally, Red Points is the best solution.
Most 1 star reviews for Red Points are from the ebay/Amazon sellers who have infringing listings that are taken down and become angry thereafter.
Red Points will help you clean up the entire ecosystem, get rid of infringing listings, and allow you to focus on going after the most critical targets.
Highly recommend.

Bogus Company

I listed a Puma drawstring bag for sale that came with the original trainers.

These fools went and asked eBay to remove my listing, claiming my item isn’t genuine. The original photos clearly prove it’s the real deal.

Honestly, I’m not even mad, just laughing at how ridiculous they are. This company is using a completely outdated AI bot model that clearly doesn’t work. They just want to inflate their numbers, telling clients they’ve removed ‘X’ number of fake listings when, in reality, may be every single one was genuine.

These brands need to wake up and stop running their businesses into the ground with this nonsense company called Red Point.

This company will get karma and get sued, it's just a matter of time

Guilty until you prove yourself innocent

This company hit my ebay account for a false VeRO, the item is question is without shadow of a doubt genuine and is very clearly genuine from the pictures provided, but their "AI" bot deemed them to be counterfeit and when i challenged them on they just said i have to go to the brand to deal with it. Wasting my time to deal with the poor practices of this company.

Removing listings without any checking

Told to remove goods because we used the correct term for a connector??? and goods that we have been selling for years without issue. Redpoints should be shut down. You are ruining small businesses through your actions. You state that you are only acting on behalf of clients, yet you do not check any facts before removing listings with the businesses concerned, you use faulty AI monitoring and we have invoices for the products bought from your clients!!!! I suggest you tell your "clients" that they have now lost our business and we will purchase elsewhere.

1 star because there is nothing lower. Removed my items listed stating they were counterfeit band items. Provided a receipt from their shop. Not good enough. What right have they to do this using Ai stating my items are fake and they are not yet the fake ones which were not even close to originals remain listed
Shows the company hasn’t got a clue how to detect fakes. It guesses

They review item without basis!! Scam website!!

They ask carousell to take down my listing from the market place claiming that my item was counterfeit without even checking facts!! My item was authentic and you can check with alo yoga website the item was bought and came from them! This fake website did a claim saying that the item was fake without even checking properly!! Do you need to hit your quota so bad that you have to actually report genuine items fake???? If ALO YOGA IS PARTNERING WITH A SCAM WEBSITE LIKE YOURS ILL NEVER PURCHASE ALO YOGA EVER AGAIN! I cant believe they use cheap website to do their counterfeit reviews without basis.

Red Points are scammers and hustlers!

Red Points are scammers and hustlers!
They claim products are fake just to get paid a fee or commission by the brand.
How can they have a new and original Hugo Boss product taken down on eBay as a counterfeit when, the Boss product was actually purchased from a Hugo Boss Outlet with receipts available???
These hustlers should be sued and banned!

Have had a great experience with Red Points

We just recently moved over to Red Points and have had such a wonderful experience from the beginning. The steps that they took to onboard us was clear, easy and we instantly saw results. I would definitely recommend Red Points services.

A Shameless Company

A Shameless company threatening the small businesses.

They make lame cases without any knowledge against small businesses and take their source of earning down.

My all items are genuine and have receipts from the manufacturers but REDPOINTS lied to online market place to take my items down.

They do not respond to emails either.

I am planning to Sue the main company who hired this negligent company for a bad practice. I will tell everyone on all platforms that avoid buying from these businesses as they claim their own items as FAKE when you try to sell them on market places.

Dear BRAND Owners BEAWARE

Dear BRAND Owners, This company will Ruin your business. Do you know why? because they are making false claims to make them look active. They are removing your Genuine Items listing from sellers accounts. In end Seller and BUYERS will write about how bad businesses YOU BRAND OWNERS are. My one small item has been removed from EBAY. It was a genuine item as I have a receipt from store. I sent receipt to Red Points along with many followup emails but they have not reinstated my listing and are not even bothering to reply. On top of everything even the Original Brand is not bothering to help me. So I will simply fill all social media pages with details of how Bad is the Brand itself who does not care about their genuine customers.

Intellectual property rights . I bought it from a shop. What are you talking about. Vinted is for selling what we don't use. You think I'll go buy a single lipstick fake to sell it for 4 pounds on a carboot site? I think this is A SCAM. If you don't want pixi items to be sold then do it by a BETTER MEANS, don't harrass people who buy a single lipstick from. Shop and sell it for mere 4 pounds on a car boot site like vinted!! I M sure you have better ways to claim intellectual property rights. I am not using your client's name . Simply selling an item I didn't use

BAN this company

This company removed listing on behalf of "Pampered Chef" however they have no actual knowledge of the company.

They had multiple listing of mine removed, even though all products are authentic and I purchased them directly through the company. They even tried to remove listing that were no longer active or had active inventory.

I have written to them, filled out the removal/retraction requests and it has gotten me nowhere. I plan on reporting this company for their fraudulent practices in as many legitimate sites as I can, as they are NOT a legitimate company working on behalf of their "companies"

Im sure I will get a great canned response to this with the form to fill out, that I already have over and over again with no answer.
