I was sceptical that I would be eligible for a loan but I was happily surprised. They were so helpful from start to finish. They kept me updated with the whole process and were very thorough in explaining everything. And they called after I had bought my car to check if everything was ok.
Extremely happy with Red Potato. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for a loan.

I needed a new car so much, and after a week of starting the application, I am already driving my new car

I was extremely apprehensive about applying for car finance due to my circumstances but thankfully my experience had a positive outcome. I first spoke to Lucy Winter who throughout the whole process was great, she did not judge and explained the process thoroughly. If we couldn't speak via telephone she replied to my emails promptly, within 3 days of me applying I collected my new car. Also the girls who I had contact with at PremiumPlan were just as helpful and I did not have to chase for a response to any queries or emails. Thank you for putting a shiny new car in my drive and a big smile on my face.

I am late in providing this review, which is terrible, because the service I got from Red Potato was first class.

I had the car within a week of my application, zero hassle, quick easy and fair. I was struggling to get something sorted and Red Potato were the only ones willing to help.

I was given a fair affordable offer for finance after they looked over my full financial circumstances.

My rep was Lucy Winter and she couldn’t have done more to help, she dealt with the full process and kept me informed throughout. Very professional and informative.

Tell them the type of car you want and they will go off and find it, can’t ask for more than that.

I was turned down for car finance elsewhere. Red Potato were the only company that looked at my actual circumstances rather than lack of credit history. Very easy company to deal with, they kept me informed every step of the way.

From start to finish it was just over a week to get into my new car, would have been quicker had there not been a stall with the place I was buying car from. No fault of Red Potato. Would highly recommend using them.

The process was quick, efficient and excellent all round. Beth’s overall customer service and focus on helping me find the right vehicle was excellent!
