I didn’t want your service this year but I couldn’t cancel it although I tried many times No tel contact number and the cancel policy is impossible to do on your website I consider you to be SCAMMERS and I will be getting back my money through my bank So get lost I have received your reply which was another useless suggestion to use the opt out on your website which I tried to do numerous times and like everyone else who have left negative reviews it’s impossible to do because it just keeps saying it doesn’t recognise my details Again a complete SCAM just to lock people in and rip them off So Stick your Automatic Opt-In up where the Sun doesn’t shine

The website was easy to use to obtain the quote, however I dropped a star as I had difficulty making the payment and had to end up phoning the company to pay over the phone. The agent I spoke to was very helpful and resolved the issue immediately.

Without being clear you are forced to renew. Terrible practice. Just had to go to the trouble of cancelling a policy I had no knowledge of.

I wanted to chat to someone about upgrading my annual policy to worldwide. No option for telephone, being lead towards using an online chat. For me this method it too slow and too much effort in dealing with a simple query.

I thought I was covered for excess claims up to £7k but I am actually covered for excess claims OVER £7k. Not made clear when purchasing

Easy to use and if you are not sure just e mail and they will ring you. Great service.

Taking payment a full week ahead of renewal ( although it was returned promptly when I complained).
They need to end this taking payment ahead of the due date
