Another pair of Reebok trainers purchased. So comfortable and fitted perfectly. Love the choices available, great colours and designs. Arrived promptly and well packed. Highly recommend this excellent company.
I bought reebok shoes
I bought reebok shoes , initially i couldn’t notice that one of my left feet finger is getting hurt. Gradually it came up and i saw my left fingers have been swollen. I thought its new shoes it would be better after some time but after some more days it started giving me pain more and more. I went to the sports direct shop from where i have got this pair.
The manager on shift just denied to help me straight away and said you have worn these shoes a lot and the shoes are fine you may have gotten wrong number of size. How stupid it was??
If i have gotten the wrong size it could have damaged my both feets not only left.
She was not interested to help me in this regard at all. (Even i have shown them my fingers how much damage is being done )
I was surprised how it could be? A big name of brands reebok could deal with their customers so selfishly.
Decided not to buy any more thing from reebok after that. Its sports direct shop in queen st Cardiff.

Still waiting for my son's new school shoes after a week and half, order saying still not dispatched. I've received no update, I have emailed no reply. Getting frustrated now my son's needs these shoes, tempted just to cancel and go elsewhere.
Terrible service
I thought I’d give Reebok a try after 20+ years, but it’s safe to say they completely blew it. The service from start to finish was appalling.
The delivery was painfully slow, far beyond what I’d expect from a major brand in today’s market. To make matters worse, the returns process was unnecessarily complicated. On top of that, there is no flexibility or consideration for customers without access to printers.
When I reached out to customer service for help, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. The tone of the interactions bordered on rude, which only added to the negative experience.
I’ll be sticking with competitor brands in the future. They seem to understand the importance of efficient service and treating their customers with respect, while offering superior product. Reebok, I gave you a chance, but unfortunately I will not be returning.
Not what they advertised not slip restraint at all
I got some shoes for work that claimed to be slip resistant. But once’s I wore then to work I quickly found out that they weren’t any bit of wet floor and you might just end up on the floor. Very poor quality and bad marketing don’t say SLIP RESTRAINT if they aren’t.

They sent Me box without ordered items. According to their Customer Service everything is ok as they provided tracking number. They deny any help. I lost 90£ and long hours for contacting with them. Awful service. They are cheaters/fraudsters. Think about other companies if looking for sport clothing unless You have plenty of time and money to be lost. They can send You empty box, even without invoice and according to them this will completely fine. Once You will reported, they will do "investigation" for so long, that it will be not possible to report case to PayPal. This is their stealing method. Do not be naive, do not take risk to order empty box or with most precious items stolen. They are shameless ignorants, who destroyed great, historical brand. Ordering from them is like playing in Casino. Maybe You will win and will get what was ordered, but way more chances are for empty box delivered, so loosing time and money. Be smart.
Terrible Quality
Had my shoes for 3 months and wore them on dry days, a couple times a week and they started squeaking SO loudly it was terrible. Emailed customer service with evidence and got told it was ‘general wear and tear’ even though it had only been 3 months since I ordered them ??? Horrible quality shoes. Would never recommend.
STAY AWAY! Ordered FloatZig1
Ordered the latest FloatZig1 in black/tan sole. Unbelievably uncomfortable, made ankles swell and foot bleed from wearing them for 1 day. (Recently had sports professional measure feet/ they’re the correct size) Reebok refused to take them back, or accept that there was a quality defect issue. A Claim that “after extensive investigation”. (Requesting I took a few photos) not return them. So I have paid best part of a £100, for a pair of running shoes that are not suitable for walking let alone running. Shocked at the way they have handled the whole purchase. Order not delivered. No customer service
My order has not been delivered and customer services have been worse than useless. UPS tracking keeps saying that it will be delivered by the end of the day…which it then isn’t. Customer services haven’t chased it up. Essentially feels like a scam!

Wasted two days waiting at home to sign for the shoes, neither days they said they would deliver were the shoes delivered and I wasted two days off work. Do not order from Reebok very shoddy service. Not sure if I will ever receive my item.

UPS delivered my parcel to a reception with no address.
The only problem is my house doesn't have a reception. No one knows where it is and Reebok couldn't care less about it. They might look into it but it will take 15 days. Hmm.

broght a reebok treadmill 1000pounds as i had been in hospital 10 weeks , not go into detail but i needed some thing to et my legs better , this looked great , so purchaed it when it come on the invoice their was a part missing not ticked off like the other things on the invoice , i contacted CS they wanted a photo of the invoice showing it had not been ticked it was missing , i did that , then they wanted the serial number sent that , then they are saying am i sure it is missing like i am some sort of idiot, any way 6 e mails and CS is still messing about, so it will be sent back i will buy another make who gives better CS than this company that dose not give a @@@@ about customers problems , my advice to people thinking of buying any reebok item think very hard about it if this is how they treat disabled customers god help any body else, only gave 1 star as that is the minimin you can give on here, but they do not deserve that
Woeful
I've had an awful experience trying to return item. The problem is with UPS, but Reebock CS really don't listen, read or respond to my messages appropriately. I will never purchase anything from them again, nor buy from any company using UPS as courier
Not honouring warranty
Bought a reebok treadmill for over £1000 not cheap. Lasted a year before console stopped working. I’ve been trying to get Reebok to honour the 2 year parts warranty by sending me out a new console. I keep getting the same response. It will be sent out in a few weeks. This is from June and it’s now August. I’ve been told it has been delayed until September. Feel like I’m being fobbed off!

Very poor customer service, and not having a UK based operation makes returns a real problem.

Bad customer service. They don't read what you've said and send generic copy and paste replies that don't deal with the issue.
My issue was with delivery, by UPS, so I can't blame Reebok for that. However, the way they are dealing with it and the slow response times have put me off ordering in future.
I just wanted some comfy shoes for work.

I ordered two pairs of shoes
I ordered two pairs of shoes. There was only one pair in the parcel delivered, the other was not delivered. Customer service refusing to refund, even though this is a breach in their own terms and conditions. Avoid ordering from reebok.co.uk and use a partner vendor if you must have the shoes. Not only this but the customer service was unhelpful and replied to me in a completely different language.

Loving my Celtic Pumps and Club C 1985s. Great quality product. The leather is high quality, which is getting harder to find with shoes these days. Good website for online orders and easy Returns and Refund policy for shoes unavailable to try on in stores. The Pumps and Club Cs are really comfortable.
