Thanks guys I got iMac it was packed very well I will comeback for track pad I hope to get some discount.

My charger give up one me bought charger from online website and it was cheap and not working enough seemed to be cheap and not working well. My classmate recommended me refurb Mac i bought refurnished(used) charger from them. its second user but genuine an i am happy with my purchase.

Very happy customer bargain price is brilliant, quality product, cheaper then market places and full 1 year warranty for me. Which really made me posting 5 stars!

Order beats headphones exactly what my partner needed she is using thm now, my life will definitely improve with them even thought I won't be usig them. Very good experience from start to finish.

Wasn't too happy with dispatch time but they corporates well, good communication and perfect customer service so I will let them off iMac however is value of money bargain of the year.

Don't waste your time and money on that scam. After 6 working days after making an order, I contacted them several times - email - unresponsive, phone - unresponsive I called 10 times, online chat - they replied that my order was going to be sent out 4 days later after 6 working days they said they would dispatch, contacted them on the day and got a response that it's still under processing and will be dispatched between 2-3 days!! JOKE! Don't bother buying from them, they were already reported as fraud to my bank.

Ordered a Mac Mini (M1) to be delivered in 5 working days. It arrived even sooner and seems to be in good working order. As soon as it arrived, they emailed me to check if I was happy with the purchase. No complaints here.

Macbook arrived in perfect condition looks like new , brought for a Christmas present for my daughter which she is going to love ! Delivery took longer than I expected but customer service have responded to promptly each time and resolved each issue and worry I had . Not set up yet as a Christmas present but so far I’m very happy with my purchase and the price and already considering treating myself to a MacBook too.

Ordered and received a keyboard / case for a Gen 1 iPad Pro. Really happy with the product and the service couldn’t have been better.

Had the same experience as many recent reviewers. Not possible to get in contact, no goods.

Now have to get the credit card company to refund.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY... seems to be a scam. Ordered a Macbook pro over 4 weeks ago for nearly £900 and has not arrived. No one replies to emails or pick the phone up. Reporting them to Fraud if nothing is resolved very soon!!

This company is a fraud. I ordered my product three weeks ago. I did not receive an email confirmation. They have no customer service. The product has been delayed for 3 weeks and endless promises have been broken. I believe I have lost my money.

Literally the WORST buying experience I've ever had - if I could put 0 star I would.
They took over a month and a half to send me a laptop which was supposed to be dispatched within 5 working days. When I received it, it was locked.
I sent it back to them because they said they would unlock it, but I had to chase them repeatedly and they kept giving me excuses for why they couldn't send me another laptop.
After 2 more months, I eventually asked for a refund, which they agreed to, but they never sent me the money!
It's now been two months, and they say they can't give me the money back because their Paypal account is blocked. So they told me to file a complaint with paypal to get my money back, and this is taking forever.

It's now been 4 months in total, I lost 900 pounds and I still don't have a laptop.

I brought a macbook pro 2015, top spec 15". Very fast machine, probably faster than a lot of the new macs and has all the ports! The took the time to source the mac I wanted, and kept me posted with a little prompting. Not a next day service, but they never claimed to be. Very helpful and personable service thank you!

I bought a Mac Pro from RefurbMac, the delivery was delayed and slow, but the when I kept checking on progress, the customer service was really helpful and clear and there was always someone on the phone I could call. The Mac arrived around 10 days from order and it's in excellent condition and I'm really pleased with it. Clearly a team working hard to deliver, but in the current circumstances working through a backlog of orders.

I was nervous at first about using this company and used other reviews to make my decision. Whilst things were not immediate, I wasn’t disappointed and a very good product arrived. They responded to communication and kept me updated. Once I made an order all my queries were responded to. Great customer service and happy to support business like this, trying and doing their best.

I bought an iPod Classic from Refurbmac and received a different version - I thought this wasn't a big issue so I contacted the store using web chat about the issue and they claimed they would give me a partial refund for the difference - which I still haven't received.

3 days after the iPod arrived it just stopped charging entirely and won't power on. Since it was still well within the refund period I spoke through the chat and was told to send an email. I sent this email, and then another one a few days later, then went through the chat again, and I have been ignored each time.

Don't bother purchasing from this company if you want good customer service in the event your product is faulty - which based on other reviews seems to be a common occurance.
