Ordered a mac mini, Grade C which had a minor mark on it. Barely noticeable whatsoever, very happy. Came with updated MacOS, fully unregistered and unused. Basic packaging but that is to be expected. Delivery times were a little annoying over Christmas, but cant complain. Overall, if you want a great value refurbished Apple device, you cant go wrong. I'll be coming back. Great product.

after I had bought an iPad from them I found it was not wanted and so asked for a refund. After explaining what had happened they were very helpful and refunded me immediately. Found this very reassuring.

We ordered a product from Refurbmac but unfortunately it didn't work correctly when we received it. We were able to return it and ordered a different product. Unfortunately, that didn't work either. The company stood by their word though and gave us a full refund.

Received a higher tier MacBook Pro in great condition for a fair price, however it was with the wrong charging adapter for the specs. I got in contact with refurbmac, and within 5 days I received the correct charger, totally free of cost, with great costumer service. Definitely going here again when I next need them :)

Really happy with this service.
I needed a used MacBook urgently (within 24 hours) and I found this company online with the best prices and selection. I discovered they were based close to me so I was able to pick up the Mac in person. Communication throughout was responsive, whether via phone or email.
They have a supportive and "can-do" attitude.
The technician I dealt with was super patient and even helped me in his own time when I got stuck on something in the set-up later that evening when he was no longer at work.
These guys go above and beyond to help the customer in my experience.
I will certainly be going to them first, when I next need a new Mac.
Moreover I now know where to sell my old equipment when it gets too tired to use properly and I am ready to upgrade.

Excellent experience. I contacted the team to sell three macbooks I had. I gave them the details they needed and they provided an estimated price. I posted the macbooks to them and within a few days they had inspected it and told me the estimated price would stand. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Refurbmac have listed a 2020 i3 macbook air on "sale" for £900, they state this is a sale as the price is reduced from £1,100. This to me seems ludicrous as the MacBook listed was released at only £999 from apples on website on launch day. There is no way Refurbmac ever sold a refurbished product above RRP hence this sales tactic is predatory and misleading.

So so impressed.
Was not sure exactly what I wanted- but consulted Ali online and he with great patience and knowledge advised me brilliantly.

He even sped up the delivery aspect of it too.

I was trying to buy a new-to-me MacBook and found just what I wanted on Refurbmac at a great price. Unfortunately, my old computer failed me mid-transaction but their Customer Service got me sorted out quickly. So excited for my new Mac!

I wanted to purchase an iMac but was confused with the many options available. Started an email trail, very efficient in their replies and I then requested a telephone call to discuss. Ali called me and has been incredibly helpful. I am due to collect this afternoon (as I live locally). My experience so far has been extremely satisfactory and I have every confidence that the machine will be too. Thanks for a great service so far I would definitely purchase again.

Ordered refurbished Mini Mac from this website on 5/9/20, never got confirmation of the order, on Monday 7/9/20 received email from DPD that parcel will be delivered on Tuesday 8/9/20, then another email that delivery is cancelled by Mac4sale ( who are they? ) then I got phone cal from them on Wednesday 9/9/20 that Mac I ordered is out of stock and they offered one £200 more expansive which I declined and asked for refund ASAP.
On Thursday 10/9/20 another phone call that they now have it in stock and will dispatch it tomorrow Friday, when I mentioned refund and that I needed Mac for when it was ordered, no reply, asked them for confirmation of the order ( did not send me ) finally got email on Friday 11/9/20 that it has been shipped by Royal Mail now...
Really poor service, really not professional and feel that they are not listening to customer needs but trying to sell what they want and how they want it.

Would not recommend them!

Purchased a 2nd hand MacBook Pro, very pleased with it, description was accurate, post sales very efficient. Recommended.

If I could give zero starts I would. Terrible from start and its not even finished yet. Ordered a iMac and never received a confirmation email until I chased it up. Took a couple weeks for delivery. When it arrived the screen was smashed which I appreciate was the courier and not them. Contacted them via email/ calls / online chat and constantly ignored. eventually got a response and told they would send a returns label - 2 weeks later and 6 ignored emails still no returns label. Eventually got through on the chat line and a lady sorted this out. I got confirmation it was signed back at their business 3rd July but no correspondence about sending a new product or howling for repair. Today 14th July I have eventually got through again but still have no product. Asked for a refund and apparently today they will send me an email (convenient). However, I won't hold my breath. The saga continues. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Would not use them again. After sale service is horrendous. Totally ignoring phone calls e-mail etc left so many messages it’s unbelievable. The MacBook Pro is still under their 1 year warranty which their are refusing to Honor. Spent over £350 on a brick. Do not touch them with a barge poll

Refurbmac offer a wide range of refurbished Apple products and are highly respected so I treated myself to an iPod touch 5th Generation. In normal circumstances (without this Covid-19 lockdown) you'd expect to get an email about dispatch in about 5 working days but they are working at reduced capacity but still receiving high levels of orders so do expect a delay while they make items ready for you. I contacted them after about two weeks had passed. Matter resolved quickly with some great comms from the company. The iPod Touch I received was packaged very well, in super order (not a mark on it) and works like a dream. Don't hesitate to order from them but do allow them some leeway on delivery times while the lockdown continues.
