Fantastic company to work with. Ordering flowers all the way from the United States to Germany, It was tough finding a reputable company that provided timely and quality service, but I’m glad I decided to do business with them. Safrina did a fantastic job dealing with a small hiccup I had with one of the local florist- solved the issue in a very decisive and professional manner. I’m truly grateful for the help. Will definitely be using them moving forward in the future!

It’s the first time I used this company and I would most definitely use them again. What an easy way to order beautiful flowers. I’m based in England and wanted to send my friend flowers in Germany. I don’t speak German so couldn’t understand the local florist websites. I found this site in English, their communication with me was outstanding! They delivered on the same day, and my friend sent me a photo of the beautiful bouquet! I can’t thank them enough and I would definitely use them again!!

3. only wanna suggest to give the picture of the flowers that I bought to me as well. Because I wanna know how is it :)

4. and it will be better if you have more channel to talk with, such as whatsapp :)

I recently visited a small town in the Munich area. I was treated with such kindness while there and decided to send flowers to my hosts when I returned to the USA. I tried contacting a local florist, but despite their wish to please, we could not communicate, and payment method was not available. They recommended Regionsflorist and honestly it was so simple, and most importantly my hosts were thrilled with the flowers received. Great job and many thanks.

I ordered red tulips and a box of chocolates to be delivered on 8 March. They were not delivered. I checked my mail and discovered that there was a message from the company telling me that red tulips were not available, but I could choose from orange, pink or yellow colors. I requested orange or pink. It was 9 March (Saturday) and I was informed that delivery could not be done until Monday, 11 March. I was upset, but could not complain because I replied to the company only on the 9th.
On Monday afternoon finally the delivery arrived. The tulips were yellow (the color hated by the recipient) and instead of a pretty box of pralines shown on the website there was a small cheap-looking paper bag.
I used this company before, there was no problem. But now I am bitterly disappointed. This is the worst experience out of nearly 20 years of my dealing with international florists.

I ordered a potted rose a day before my boyfriend's birthday and it was supposedly to be delivered on Feb 28. I noted to have the flowers delivered at 16:00 but it did not arrive on time (and as of writing, it has not arrived yet). They destroyed my surprise.

I am so disappointed that service in Germany is still like in the 90s. Other countries in Europe, US, and Asia already improved delivery service by using technology, which makes them execute the job flawlessly and sometimes right on the dot.

Thanks to your help, my mom had a wonderful surprise for her birthday. The bouquets are beautiful, right on time, the flowers look better than in the picture. Because you are so professional and because the flowers are beautiful, I'll orderer flowers every month to make my mom happy

Flowers were very nice and fresh! However, delivery was late. I ordered same-day delivery, but it arrived in the afternoon hours on the next day. That was disappointing as it was a birthday gift, but I do understand they depend on local florists and they don't have full control over the delivery. Overall, flowers and customer support were nice enough so regardless of late delivery, I'm satisfied and would recommend them.

I ordered flowers, two teddy bears and chocolates for my kids and grand kids for Valentine's Day. My order was place ONE DAY PRIOR from the US because another vendor notified me that the order I placed, well in advance, wouldn't be delivered on time. I tried ordering through other flower delivery sites but they all had February 14th blocked. I ordered a large bouquet of tulips, my daughter said they were absolutely beautiful. She called to thank me as soon as the delivery arrived, my grand kids were beyond excited, the moment was absolutely priceless.
