Hi Marah, I’m sorry you felt the need to escalate this.
We ask that our customers raise any queries through the ‘Help’ section of their online account (Myregus.com).
If emails are sent to the Account Helpdesk without there being an open query the emails are bounced back with instructions explaining that you need to log a query online.
Your centre team have since contacted us on your behalf and we are currently assisting.
