2 years and it ended badly
I had the opportunity to work with them for two years, but it all ended badly because they abruptly asked us to vacate the office in less than 15 days, without any compensation or explanation. I had rented an 8-station workspace and wanted to switch to a 5-station one. When I didn't accept their offer, I requested refunds, and it's been a nightmare. They fabricated invoices and charges for the deposits and months paid in advance, charges that don't correspond to the rent. I've been trying to clarify the mess of accounts for almost three months now, sending them receipts because they have nothing. Otherwise, I wouldn't have any way to prove that the payments were made. What a headache!
Thank you for your attention; however, the problem persists, and sometimes it's made worse by the fact that they charged for months after January, generating late payment penalties and invoices for those months, even though the office wasn't in use.

A terrible experience. I had to explain how accounting works in Colombia because their lack of understanding has led to inconsistencies in the balances. The worst part is that there's no clear person in charge, only evasive contacts who simply say it's not their department. My case should have been straightforward, since we always pay on time and have never been late, but the lack of qualified professionals has turned this process into an accounting disaster. Four months have passed and I still haven't received my refund, with the resulting financial losses for our company.
