Would be good if they had a slightly bigger-than-12 meeting room that we could have switched to but still very good, on-the-hoof flex and customer-centric.
This was the 23rd of 60 meetings I'm doing around the country in various locations (and other Reguses) and this was by far the best. Well done.
Update **** after their response down below do not trust what they have said!!!
They have stated below they offered a replacement office, they did not do this!!! They have responded to the review to try and make it look like they offered a solution when they didn’t. My screen shots and emails say differently. If anyone wants to contact me to see their responses I’ll happily share them with you!!! Do not trust or use this company.
Avoid this company like the plague,
Noisy offices, but told that (it’s acceptable noise) by someone that doesn’t even work in this building. Over 40+ videos of recorded noise in the office.
Dodgy power and electrical repairs, power outages in our offices that has resulted in staff not being able to work and being paid with no rectification but just a dodgy extension cable ran from another office.
Dirty office conditions from the outset that took weeks to be cleaned and sorted.
Do absolutely nothing to help you, the customer service is absolutely pointless and the whole organisation is not there to help you but just to profit.
If anyone wants some true insight about how they deal with their customers just reach out to me and I will send you videos of the “acceptable noise” and the electrical repairs they do and the office conditions they’ve given…….

I signed a contract with them to start on the 3rd of March 2025. I informed them of my intention to downgrade to virtual in Febraury before the start of my contract in March. They refused and continued to invoice me. I have tried everything to stop them from the continous harrassment and invoicing they refused and moved my complain to a debt collection company . I paid a deposite of £611.20. They are holding my deposite and are requesting that I pay for the full year. I requested for a deadlock letter, they also refused. Its has been the worst experience of my life.

Just Horrendous

As for the rest of the building. Rubbish and litter was everywhere around the carpark and out the front of the reception. The community Center manager and other member said the little was not something they could control apparently. The Wi-Fi kept dropping out. Which made zoom meetings impossible. We could not connect our own printer to the Wi-Fi. So used then building printer. Which yet again was filthy, covered in dust and grime.
After clearing our office and stating our grievances with the Center manager we were given an abrupt email back stating that the payments would still be due each month until the end of the agreement. So much for being flexible. Regus doesn’t seem to keep up their side of the bargain. Just here’s and room , give me your money. We will be taking legal action against Regus now as we have not received our deposit back (nearly £5000) and will never recommend them to anyone else
