Unreliable Account Management, Abrupt Parking Changes, and Poor Operations at Regus Bracknell

Do not trust the local management at Regus Bracknell (Arlington Square). This company changed our agreed-upon arrangements once they felt enough time had passed.

My dispute began when I raised legitimate grievances regarding unnotified parking fee increases and building maintenance issues, including a flooded kitchen and broken toilet cubicles. Instead of addressing the facility failures, the City Manager bypassed me to contact my account holder directly, stating he would be forced to take this up with them simply because I continued to chase a resolution.

Following this, I published a critical review of the Regus Bracknell centre on Trustpilot. To protect Regus’s online reputation, the City Manager requested that I remove my negative review in exchange for granting our tenancy two complimentary parking spaces.

I acted in complete good faith and removed the review. The agreement was honoured from June through to September, and the incoming Centre Manager even assured us that this arrangement would be sustained.

However, on 16th September 2026, Regus rescinded the agreement, attempting to pocket the permanent reputational benefit of my deleted review while backing out of their side of the agreement.

This occurred right after our company renewed the corporate lease contract with Regus for another full year. The moment they successfully locked us into a new 12-month contract, they pulled the rug and revoked the parking agreement.

Worse still, they are now trying to force us into paying a horrendous £75 per month fee per vehicle. To demand an extra £75 a month per employee for basic parking on top of premium office rent is an absolute joke.

This is highly erratic and entirely unhelpful corporate behaviour. They are now attempting to subject us to an automated third-party parking enforcement system that threatens us with automatic penalties.

Potential clients beware: Regus Bracknell will change arrangements once a lease is locked in, and their word on these matters means nothing. This matter is being escalated directly to Trustpilot’s executive compliance team to investigate their review-deletion tactics.

Avoid!

Update: Please note that Regus' reply to this review is intentionally misleading for the following three reasons:

1. I have highlighted explicitly in my communication with Regus that this was a verbal arrangement made directly by the City Manager.

2. If a formal record was not logged internally, this is a failure of the City Manager's administrative process. A client should not have to provide written proof of an arrangement that was made verbally by a Regus manager. For Regus to push the responsibility of their internal tracking onto their own clients is further evidence of poor operational standards.

3. I have already provided full email evidence regarding the hostile tactics used by the City Manager back in April. This evidence was provided by email to Regus on Tuesday 22nd September, and they are fully aware and in receipt of this. To state that this has not been evidenced is completely factually incorrect.

Hello Jamie,
We are sorry for your disappointment, but your comments deserve defending.
Parking is managed by a third-party and is a chargeable service. You’ve raised several complaints during your time with us and we’ve remained supportive each time. On this occasion, our local team member attempted a compromise to mediate your complaint which you accepted. No long-term promises were made and the parking charges were eventually reapplied as required.
This is a chargeable additional service and therefore, it is not unreasonable that you are billed. If you’re unhappy with the charges, we encourage you again to speak with your employer who is passing the charges to you.
Our position has been conveyed. Thank you for your cooperation.
Best,

Regus Bracknell: Rising Costs, Falling Standards, Ongoing Disputes

Our experience at Regus Arlington Square, Bracknell has become a warning sign for any business considering taking space here.

After significant cost increases (over 35% in our case), ongoing billing disputes, unexplained charges and repeated account issues, the latest update from the centre is that offices will now only be cleaned on an ad hoc basis and there is no longer a daytime cleaner on site.

So prepare for your staff to empty office bins and for staff and visitors to deal with kitchens and toilets that are no longer cleaned during the day. Think about it - this is not a frugal property investor providing serviced offices, this is a listed global serviced offices operator.

Businesses choose serviced offices for convenience, reliability and support — not to pay substantially more while basic services are reduced. Businesses also choose global service operators because they expect a certain standard of service and care - not to spend over 25% of their working week dealing with billing issues from their office provider.

Our experience has involved more than 12 months of chasing, disputing, escalating and trying to obtain clear answers regarding billing, charges, account balances and contractual matters. This has been a massive distraction for our central office function and the cost to the business has been more than just the incorrect billing charges. We also discovered over the last few days that we are not alone and have spoken with other businesses at the centre experiencing similar concerns regarding billing and disputed charges, all of whom are now voting with their feet.

What has been most disappointing is not that mistakes were made. Every organisation makes mistakes. It is that despite numerous escalations through centre management, area management, customer services and ultimately the CEO's office, obtaining clear answers and meaningful resolution has remained incredibly difficult, and NO-ONE has taken accountability for the errors or recognised the impact of their lack of care and attention on our SME.

Prospective tenants should ask very careful questions about service levels, billing processes, renewal terms, deposit arrangements and what happens when things go wrong.

The sales process is easy. Resolving problems afterwards - well good luck with it. 12 months on we are still trying.

Hi Charu,
I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction, although your comments don’t reflect the full situation with your account.
The details of charges and services are outlined in our agreement, and we bill our customers accordingly.
We have reconciled your billing and payments and clarified your account standing.
You mentioned to us that your accounts team is currently reviewing the details we have provided.
All our agreements should be ended online according to the notice period. Otherwise, they will automatically renew for another term. The renewal is valid and any price increase is set according to the prevailing market. This issue has been resolved positively now.
A member of my team has since been in contact you with this matter. Please respond to them instead of posting negative online reviews if you wish to resolve this matter appropriately.
Thank you,
Lorraine Brule
