Rats inside the shops and outside

I used to like coming here to this services but not anymore as I was leaving the services after buying a few things in the shop on my way the main door i see 2 big rats running around inside the building its not very good hygiene i will never eat out of here again the place is infested with rats inside and outside its not good enough

I have been waiting nearly 4 months to…

I have been waiting nearly 4 months to receive a refund in respect of the credit on my account with Cobham office. Terrible experience - going round in circles with customer support

Avoid Regus

Avoid Regus – Unprofessional

My experience with Regus has been nothing short of frustrating. From the very start, communication was virtually non-existent—except when it came to signing an agreement. Once locked in, transparency disappeared, particularly around fees, which were unclear and misleading.

The contract itself was worded in a way that lacked clarity, making it highly deceptive. To make matters worse, the staff proved to be completely incompetent—we signed an agreement, only to later discover that Regus had also signed the same office with another member! This level of mismanagement is completely unacceptable.

When I raised concerns, rather than taking accountability, I was dismissed by the Centre Manager, who told me I was "always moaning" whenever they attempted to resolve issues. Instead of addressing legitimate problems, Regus staff chose to deflect blame rather than provide real solutions.

The total lack of professionalism, accountability, and ethical business practices means I absolutely do not recommend Regus to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

We work hard to ensure full clarity on our invoicing and sincerely apologise if any of our charges came as a surprise to you.
I assure you that we didn’t we didn’t “sign” the same office to two different people; the previous customer cancelled their agreement, and the space was then sold to you; there is nothing untoward about this.
Your centre manager has been responsive to you and has assisted you when called upon so it’s surprising to read your comments. I can only apologise if the level of service hasn’t met your expectations.
A City Manager has contacted you to discuss your concerns further and a member of my team has also contacted you to assist.
