AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Account: Visas Ireland (15198115) – Dublin Blanchardstown

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Lorraine replied below to say a member of the team have been in touch to provide a positive resolution. The positive resolution they have suggested is a partial refund in return for removing our review from this site. Just to note for anyone still unsure about the type of customer service this scam company provide and the lengths they are wiling to go to intimidate and bully small businesses. We are proceeding with the matter now through the small claims court in Ireland. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Before reading this, we strongly encourage anyone considering Regus/IWG to click on the one-star reviews here on Trustpilot. There are so many stories just like ours – small businesses left frustrated, ignored, and mistreated – that we now realise we were never alone. We only wish we had read them before ever contacting this company.

Our experience with Regus through the Visas Ireland account has been nothing short of exhausting and disheartening. From day one, there were constant delays, poor communication, and confusion about even the simplest of requests. We provided clear written instructions on how our call-answering service was to operate, yet Regus never implemented them correctly, nor confirmed that the service ever went live.

Despite repeated polite requests, Regus has refused to provide transcripts of our calls, which we asked for several times over many months. These transcripts are essential to demonstrate that the service we paid for was never delivered, but each request has been ignored without explanation. This lack of transparency is deeply concerning.

Instead of resolving our complaints, Regus continually tried to shift blame, add extra charges, and avoid accountability. Their internal communication is chaotic, their customer service inconsistent, and their management unresponsive. We spent almost a year chasing clarity, only to receive silence, confusion, or new invoices for services that were never provided.

It is clear from our dealings and from the many similar reviews here that this company does not value honesty, professionalism, or its customers. The stress, time, and energy this has cost our small business is something we will never get back.

If you are a small business owner looking for reliability or integrity, do not go near Regus/IWG. The volume of one-star reviews speaks for itself. We only wish we had paid attention to them before learning this lesson the hard way.

Hi Kelly,
I'm sorry to hear you're dissatisfied.
We work hard to ensure an efficient, supportive team and a streamlined call-handling system tailored to suit a range of business requirements, so I'm surprised to hear that our service didn’t meet your expectations.
A member of my team contacted you to address your concerns and provided a positive resolution.

The worst company we have ever come across

We signed up with Regus/IWG for a simple call answering service for our small company, Visas Ireland. From the beginning, we gave clear, straightforward instructions: calls should be answered politely and details entered into our online contact form. No advice was to be given, as our business is sensitive and government rules change quickly.

What followed was months of confusion, delays, and poor communication. Regus repeatedly asked us for unnecessary information, tried to increase fees beyond the original quote, and never confirmed if the service was live. Despite many emails, we received little to no response, and they ignored our requests for call transcripts.

We eventually cancelled the service in December 2024, but almost a year later they continue to send invoices for a service that was never properly provided. Even after asking them to stop contacting us, they kept emailing, causing unnecessary stress.

Adding to the frustration, the Irish branch has now disabled Google reviews and turned off comments on social media—a clear sign this is not an isolated case but a widespread issue for customers.

This experience has been deeply unprofessional and upsetting. We cannot recommend Regus/IWG and would strongly caution other small businesses to avoid them.

poor services

Regus staff at blacncharstown dubin Ireland office are not supportive and try to blackmail the new customers after sending incorrect invoice just follow the wrong information. I tried to contact with receptionist and area manger to install office furniture and solve my issues related to contract documents but there is no response from their side but in 1 month period of time Regus account section Blancharstown, Dublin sent me invoice of more than 3000 euro for 50m office. From 1st day staff from Blanchardstown, Dublin didn’t meet the requirement for the office. Door scanning card and fob wasn’t allowing to enter into office. Then I went to talk to staff but they excuse to replace the fob and card

Hi Muhammed, I’m sorry you felt he need to escalate this.
We are committed to the highest standards of integrity, openness and professionalism in all of our activities and it goes without saying we totally disagree with your claim of “blackmail”.
Whilst we provided you with temporary furniture for your move-in date you were reminded that you needed to pay your opening invoices before we could order your preferred furnishings; this is not blackmail and I politely remind you that the invoices in question were already due.
As a goodwill gesture your centre team provided you with an access fob before your agreement started, please understand that they were trying to help and under normal circumstances out of hours access isn’t permitted until the start date of the agreement. In this case the temporary fob you were given didn’t allow for weekend access; this was an oversight and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
Your invoices are correct and in line with the agreement you signed, this has already been explained to you.
The centre team remained in contact with you throughout this period a member of my team has contacted you to discuss this further.
Kind regards,
Lorraine Brule
