Badd place to do business do not trust this organization. They are not to be trusted their leases like you in even if you want to change your mind shortly after in my opinion is a hell hole.

DO NOT sign up with Regus unless you absolutely need a stale corporate office and have read every single page of the agreement (including the “House Rules”).

If someone is rushing you to sign, follow your gut. Looking back, that was the warning sign I ignored.

Based on my experience, once you sign the agreement, you are contractually obligated for the minimum term. I have this confirmed in writing. It did not matter that we never took possession of the office, attempted to withdraw almost immediately, or notified Regus in writing via email before our planned move-in date. We were still held to the agreement and charged accordingly.

As a newly relocated 501(c)(3) nonprofit, this has been one of the worst business decisions we have ever made.

Our organization informed Regus that we would not be taking possession until August 1. We later withdrew in writing before ever occupying the office. Despite that, our credit card was charged over $567 and then another $977+, even though we never moved into the space.

My advice is simple:

DO NOT sign anything until you have read and fully understand every term of the agreement. Don’t listen to the sales rep; it’s not consistent with the written agreement or House Rules.

DO NOT allow yourself to be pressured because a sales representative is going on vacation or wants the paperwork completed immediately for a “special pricing”.

Ask questions. Compare other office providers in the area; review Yelp, Goggle, and BBB; and ask another business owner (not the worker) that maybe at Regus. Understand the cancellation policy, billing practices, minimum term, and every fee before signing.

I wish I had trusted my instincts. Follow your gut. I will never have anything positive to say about Regus or their representatives.

I am writing this to warn any business owner or freelancer considering Regus: do not give them your credit card information. What starts as a simple workspace solution quickly turns into an inescapable financial trap designed to drain your bank account.
Non-Existent Support: When you inevitably try to dispute these unfair charges, customer service vanishes. Local office managers tell you they have "no control over billing," and the centralized corporate ticketing system is a black hole. I have been trying to resolve a dispute regarding Late fees which was their system problem not mine a $84 overcharge and they simply ignore the messages. Regus operates more like a predatory collection agency than a professional workspace provider. Save your business the stress, the hidden fees, and the endless hours of arguing with an unreachable corporate entity. Look elsewhere for office space.
