Regus offices Gloucester Docks - GREAT

Regus offices at the Gloucester Docks are excellent spaces in which to work and see clients. The helpful and friendly staff (Hayley, Maria and David) are always on hand to help in any way - making it a lovely environment to work in.

The onboarding process was seamless and…

The onboarding process was seamless and the team made settling into our new office a breeze. Mauro our centre manager has been brilliant and proactive to ensure that we are well acquainted with our surroundings and already had our access cards ready when we arrived which saved us a lot of time. Brilliant all round service and I highly recommend!!

We are still having issues with these liars and scammers.

Since discovering that the services we signed up to are not what we were sold, and the services being useless for us, we have been refused the option to end the contract.

It gets worse.... we are up to date with our payments (although not using any services) but we are now being sent invoices for "late payment fees" for months which were paid in advance and "deposit/retainer fees" which we have no idea what these are.

Nobody will discuss the added fees, we are just told we are contract and to read the t&c's.

Do not make the same mistake that we have and sign anything with this company.

We are now contacting trading standards.

Hi Darren,
I understand that you’re dissatisfied with our decision not to end your agreement early.
You have signed an agreement with us until 30 September 2023. This is a formal business commitment, and it should be honoured. You will be billed until the end date.
I’ve reviewed your account and see that there are invoices pending for payment. This caused your account to be billed with valid late payment fees.
A service retainer was charged to you since there is no automated payment method added to your account.
We ask all our customers to add an automated payment method to their accounts. I apologise if this wasn’t clearly communicated to you but it’s in the terms of your agreement.
We understand that this is not always possible, so we agreed as an exception for you to pay via an alternative method. That exception is made on the understanding that an additional service retainer is payable. This will be refunded to you within 30 days from the end date of your agreement.
If you decide to add an automated payment method to your account (which you can easily do through your online account (MyRegus.com), under the Account / Billing and payments section), we’ll immediately credit and refund this additional retainer.
We greatly value your business and want to maintain a positive working relationship with you. However, the current payment situation needs to be resolved. Please make payment arrangements for your outstanding balance.
Your centre team is your main point of contact and is available to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact them.
