Horrible service

Horrible service. Complaints are not being taken seriously, every week new surprises that interferes with the workflow of our organisation. Multiple emails sent but Regus does not seem to be bothered to solve it or look for a solution that both parties would be satisfied. Do not recommend this company.

Scammed by Regus – Still No Refund After 4 Months.

Wij hebben ons als beginnend bedrijf aangemeld bij Regus Alphen.
Binnen een paar dagen werden we meerdere keren gepusht om zo snel mogelijk te betalen.
Kort voordat wij onze afspraak bij de KvK hadden, kregen we ineens te horen dat de locatie zou stoppen.
Dit bleek men al lang van tevoren te weten, maar toch werden er nog nieuwe klanten aangenomen en laten betalen.

Wij hebben direct ons geld teruggevraagd, maar zijn nu bijna vier maanden verder.
Ondanks talloze e-mails en telefoontjes hebben we ons geld nog steeds niet terug.
Elke keer wordt beloofd dat het geregeld wordt, maar er gebeurt niets.

Wij vinden dit zeer kwalijk en misleidend.
Als het bedrag deze week niet wordt teruggestort, zullen we aangifte doen en wettelijke rente vorderen.

Dit voelt voor ons als pure oplichting en we raden andere ondernemers af om met Regus in zee te gaan.

We signed up with Regus Alphen as a newly starting business.
Within just a few days we were repeatedly pushed to pay as quickly as possible.
Shortly before our scheduled appointment at the Chamber of Commerce, we were suddenly informed that the location would be closing.
It turned out they had known this well in advance, yet they were still taking on new customers and accepting payments.

We immediately requested a refund, but we are now almost four months later and still haven’t received our money back.
Despite countless emails and phone calls, nothing has been resolved.
Every time they promise it will be handled, but nothing happens.

We find this behavior very misleading and unacceptable.
If the payment is not refunded this week, we will file a fraud report and claim statutory interest.

This feels like pure scam tactics, and we strongly advise other entrepreneurs not to do business with Regus.

Het spijt me zeer te horen dat u teleurgesteld bent, maar uw opmerkingen komen niet overeen met de feiten.
Door een misverstand was ons verkoopteam niet op de hoogte van het feit dat het centrum op 31 juli zou sluiten.
Na onze volledige excuses voor deze vergissing heeft een medewerker van mijn team nauw met u samengewerkt om tot een bevredigende oplossing te komen. We wachten nog steeds op uw bankgegevens om de terugbetaling zonder verder uitstel te kunnen uitvoeren.
Mijn team heeft opnieuw contact met je opgenomen om je te helpen.
