The financial accounting is a mess
The financial accounting is a mess. I paid all rent but it was not processed adequately and then the legal department without checking their own accounting first send a inappropriate and offending letter . I had to forward 3 times proof of payment but still no sign of correction. I am not impressed with this 'service', i have a startup other issues to focus on. 06 02 2025 update : i forward detailed proof of payment of 2 invoices via one bank and another via my other bank all 3 to thé ING bank of Regus, my banks confirmed thé transfers have been doen , who is fooling who ? Is Regus ING bank a black hole where money dissappears or if thé accounting not qualified to adres in coming payments in spite that account number is correct, my Regus account is correct ,thé invoicenumber is correct ? Further i gave 18 12 2024 agreement for domeciliation of thé invoices to Regus but they still not managed to contact my bank for activation, now i want to make again a payment but i fear it dissappears in their limbo again.. please advice how i can solved this ongoing hassle , some one ?

You have received the collection notice due to account restriction caused by the non-allocation of the December invoice payment and the non-payment of the January invoice.
As my team member explained to you, our finance team is unable to allocate the December month payment based on the proof of payment you have provided and requires further details. We have escalated this matter again with the further details you have provided now. My team member will keep you updated on this.
Payment for the January month invoice is required to reinstate your account. Please make the necessary payment arrangements.
