Unacceptable
Found a fantastic Regus 3desk office in Horsham for my start-up. Amazing building team, Ollie and Paul. However, we were asked to leave, given only four weeks notice, when they rented out our whole floor to a large firm and I’m still fighting for my deposit back six weeks later. Locally, staff are fab as they themselves have raised the issue Four times with their own management but no one can hold of Accounts, head office or anyone above street level. Poor show Regus. Poor show. Shoddy treatment and unacceptable.

A situation such as this is extremely rare, but we know it can be a frustrating experience for customers and it’s something we try to avoid wherever possible.
We understand that you'd have appreciated greater notice. Unfortunately, on this occasion we were unable to provide it, you were given the option to relocate to a nearby centre but you chose not to take the offer.
We understand how important your return of retainer is, and our standard timeline has not been met on this occasion. For this, we deeply apologise.
