Decent offices, unreliable billing practices

The location itself is decent and the offices are fine, but my experience with Regus has been extremely disappointing from an administrative and billing perspective.

Throughout my entire rental period, I was regularly charged incorrectly, including services and items I never reserved or used. Each time, I had to spend a significant amount of time checking invoices, sending emails, and asking for corrections.

Unfortunately, customer service is unresponsive. Despite multiple requests and reminders, I often received no answer at all, especially regarding refunds. Even when errors were clearly on their side, resolving them was unnecessarily slow and frustrating.

This creates a strong feeling of lack of transparency in their billing practices. While the physical workspace is acceptable, the way clients are charged and the absence of proper follow-up make the overall experience unreliable and stressful.

I would strongly advise future clients to check every single invoice very carefully and be prepared to chase repeatedly if something goes wrong.

Hi Kim,
I'm sorry for your dissatisfaction.
The billing issues related to an incorrect cancellation date on your agreement, and I can confirm that the matter has now been fully resolved.
The retainer is always refunded once the agreement has ended, provided all invoices have been settled.
A member of my team has already contacted you to confirm the exact refund date but please feel free to contact me directly at lorraine.brule@regus.com if you require further assistance.
Best,
Lorraine Brule
