Humiliated in London for me and my business.

I was sold a promise that the space I bought with Regus would be the same in all Regus locations around the world. I had meetings scheduled and the local Regus at St. James in London would not let my membership have the same space as in my home location. I need to be contacted by Regus to find out how what I was told (several times as I ask the same question multiple times for truth) that all around the world all Regus locations will honor the same space as my home location.

We are sorry for any misunderstanding that may have occurred.
Please allow me to clarify that you are entitled to 2 hours of free meeting room usage per day (depending on availability) at your home location. You are also able to book meeting rooms in our global network of centres, but these are chargeable.
We have asked for evidence of this conflicting information, but it could not be provided.
We’ve contacted you again to clarify exactly what your agreement includes.
