Not a Trustworthy Long-Term Office Partneres with Regus in…
We have had offices with Regus in Hyllie for the past 14 months. During this period, we grew from one employee in a small office to six employees across two larger offices.
While Regus has been able to accommodate our growth, we have repeatedly experienced a pricing model that feels inconsistent and difficult to trust. Each time our contract is up for renewal, the price is increased significantly, only to be heavily discounted when we consider leaving. This creates unnecessary uncertainty and makes long-term planning difficult.
Several of my colleagues have also expressed that they do not feel particularly welcome in the office environment. The management of the space often comes across as rigid and rule-driven, rather than flexible and attentive to the needs of individual clients.
Most concerning is that, despite having terminated one of our agreements and provided documented proof of this four weeks ago, we have not received any confirmation or communication from Regus. Instead, we continue to be charged without response.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Regus as a long-term office partner. Greater transparency, flexibility, and responsiveness to clients would be necessary for us to reconsider.
