Very bad company
Very bad company. They didnt inform me about deposit / even though I specifically told them to not renew my contract, they renewed it 1 months prior and forced me to pay the month which I didnt want.
Edit : Thanks to the helpdesk; they contacted me and asked me about my 1 month prior cancellation proof. After sending it, they cancelled extra charged month and refunded
