Just don't. Not worth it. They pressured me into giving my credit card info when I started. I did (like a fool). Then they charged me a deposit telling me I'd get it back when I left (somewhere betweenn $500 and $1000...can't remember). I knew I wouldn't and I didn't. The month after I left, they also charged me a bunch for coffee or something ($75). I was gone at that point. And even when I was there, I had made a point of opting out of the monthly coffee payment. So were they charging me for coffee the whole time? Probably. They are sketch. If you just want a place to work without having to pay attention to the place you're working in...this is not that place. They will take advantage of you not paying attention.

As the world’s leading flexible workspace provider, we do not engage in anything 'sketchy' with our customers.
We ensure that any questions about services, fees, including the retainer, are clearly addressed before an agreement is signed.
The retainer refund should be requested when ending the agreement online - you have not requested yours.
Requesting a refund is easy. You should log into your online account at myregus.com, select My Account > Billing and payments > Retainer balances, where a specific section for refund request is available. We will then confirm your payment date and amount. Your refund will be processed within 30 days after your agreement end date or request date (whichever is later). It’s an automated process. However, we ask you to go through some security steps as part of our fraud-prevention policy.

We’ve been renting an office space at Regus for our founder, and the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The onsite team is truly exceptional friendly, organized, and always ready to help. Their professionalism makes day‑to‑day operations smooth and stress‑free.
The workspace itself is bright, clean, and well‑maintained, creating a comfortable environment that’s great for productivity. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in keeping everything in top shape.
The only area that could use improvement is the sound insulation between rooms. Noise can carry more than expected, which occasionally disrupts focus. If this were addressed, the experience would be close to perfect.
Overall, Regus has been a great partner for our office needs, and we appreciate the quality and care they bring to the space.
