Hallo Dick, het spijt me dat je het nodig vond om dit te laten escaleren.
We begrijpen dat je bezorgdheid betrekking heeft op de belastingvrije status van je bedrijf en we willen je verzekeren dat we deze zaak serieus nemen.
Zoals u weet, is dit verzoek pas onlangs onder onze aandacht gebracht en we hebben de juiste interne processen in gang gezet om uw account te controleren en dienovereenkomstig aan te passen. Deze updates vereisen de juiste documentatie en coördinatie om te voldoen aan de belastingregels en kunnen daarom niet onmiddellijk worden voltooid. Onze oprechte excuses voor het ongemak.
