Insecure offices and poor IT support

The site general manager has been helpful, but Regus' corporate system, sales team, and facility staff have caused numerous issues. We do not recommend this location for companies needing ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, or security. Tech companies should avoid it due to slow networking, expensive server racks, and poor temperature control.

As a tech company running our own servers, we needed fast internet, a secure room, and air conditioning. Regus failed on all fronts: slow internet speeds, poor networking setup, and a leaking window that caused mold. This led to constant disruptions, equipment issues, and security risks, including easy access to our office. This location is unsuitable for companies with IT requirements.

Hi, I appreciate that you’re disappointed and would like to help.
We know that your IT setup is key to your business, and we’ll always ensure any technical issue is fixed as a matter of urgency. On this occasion, we were unaware of the specific requirements needed for your business operations. Once we were notified, we identified that this centre cannot yet accommodate the set up that you require. We have offered to relocate you to another centre that would be better suited to your needs, but you’ve so far declined.
We recognise your concerns regarding the leaking window of your third floor office and apologise for this. The landlord of the building is in the process of identifying the root cause so that the necessary repairs can be carried out.
Your centre team have already discussed this with you a great length and remain your key contacts here; and they will be happy to discuss this further you. Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Lorraine Brule

My experience is short of harassment

My experience is short of harassment. Contacted from all over Britain on a daily basis for absolutely no reason. My enquiry was simple and straight forward as outlined in the contact form. Hard line sales tactics that are entirely without any emotional intellect or common sense. The absurd irony is when I did make an appointment no one turned up! Seriously!? No apology and no follow up. Couldn’t be less satisfied. And please, leave me alone!

Hi Emma, I understand that you’re disappointed and I would like to help.
We have received great feedback about our services, and I apologise if you feel otherwise.
Upon receiving your comment, we reviewed them with your centre team, and they confirmed that you’ve made an appointment with the sales representative but did not show up. They had tried to contact you multiple times to assist you, but the calls were not answered.
This could be due to some misunderstanding that can be discussed, and if you require further assistance, please feel free to contact the centre team directly.
Thank you for your feedback. We wish you all the best moving forward.
Regards,
Lorraine Brule
