multiple problems, i’m trying to address for quite some time.
We will cancel all our contracts.
PS: As Regus is giving a very misleading comment, let me add the details.
- overall operations is extremely poor. Toilets not working for months, uber drivers (regus has rented out half of the garage to them) urinating in the garage, dirt and smell, and so on. simply not a business place at all
-customer support not existing - all of these points have been signaled to the local management, no improvement.
-and what made it complete: a shared office space of course offers meeting rooms you can book. Regus decided (probably for short term profit optimization) to convert all (!!!) meeting rooms into permanent office rooms.
This is like renting a flat with kitchen and bathroom, and then the landlord decides to convert those into more bedrooms, taking it away from the other tenants.
simply a breach of contract- we’ll move out as fast as possible.
