mangelnder Austausch

Ich bin seit sehr vielen Jahren in Stuttgart Mieterin und scheitere in den letzten Monaten oftmals an einem mangelnden Austausch mit ständig wechselndem Personal. Zudem wurde Mitte Januar die Miete doppelt abgebucht, so dass ich mir erlaubt habe, eine Miete zurückzuholen. Bis Dato, ist das Problem von der IWG nicht gelöst, so dass mir erneut der bereits beglichene Mietbetrag im Februar in Rechnung gestellt wurde. Seither werde ich vertröstet und eine Klärung ist nicht in Sicht
