While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Over 500 poor reviews here and elsewhere appear to have a similar ring
Well, given the range of reviews that have for the most part echoed my experience, the endless series of emails, the significant stress that has affected my ability to run my business, all I can say is I hope people take a short moment to scan the several sites such as this to get a better understanding of how Regus / IWG operates.
Like many, I found the accounting system confusing.
I also found that the initial multiple charges stressful to deal with - something that was further compounded by the insinuation that the double charges would not be remedied and late fees would accrue until I paid in full any outstanding amounts, which were not clearly itemised or defined (and, ironically much of the outstanding amount comprised of their ridiculous ‘retainer’).
In essence, my experience was that I just needed to trust their accounts would all be sorted in the end - despite not being straight from the initial get go and with me having to make multiple requests for clarification - even emailing the big boss himself.
As it stands today, my retainer remittance notice has not been made by the promised date, which sounds a warning alarm given my current examination of other reviews on this and other similar sites.
[EDIT]
As of today, the retainer has been released. It also comprised an overpayment. Of which I notified the accounts team to look into.
6 days later, Low and behold! They have refunded too much. So now I owe Regus a refund - isn’t it a lovely thing that despite the run around, dozens and dozens of emails I still did the right thing and brought the potential overpayment to Regus attention?
Regus really is the gift that keeps giving.
In summary, I [still] do not recommend this company.
