Stealing money from credit card

So i have agreed with their representative that i will be renting one of their offices for exact amount of month, but they still charging me every month even i've returned them office keys several month ago. Never give them your card details. Try to avoid any "special deals", cause they will be stealing money from your bank account. Complete fraud company!!!
Well, Lorraine, if your representative says "just leave the keys and you don't have to do anything else" then to me it's enough. Nobody told me that i have to terminate something. And even after i did terminate agreement in the app you still took some money from my credit card. But more to that, we had agreement with one company, but you were stealing money from another company's card.

Hi Pavel,
I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment.
As the world’s leading flexible workspace provider, we do not engage in any form of "fraud" against our customers.
Transparency is key to us, and our teams go to great lengths to ensure that any queries are clarified before an agreement is signed.
Returning the keys alone is not sufficient to terminate an agreement. You should confirm the end of your agreement through your online account (myregus.com) by going to Account > Products and services > End Agreement.
A member of my team contacted you to address your concerns but please feel free to contact me at lorraine.brule@regus.com for additional support.

Charged in 867.42 euros to dissolve 24.38 euros/month contract.

On September 25th 2023, I subscribed to a virtual office service with Regus for my company at the cost of 24.38 euros per month. I chose Regus as a partner based on the positive reviews I found on specialized websites.

Subsequently, I made two room reservations, one in Porto and another in Lisbon, and created a new profile so that an employee of the company could schedule rooms without sharing my password. Unfortunately, this resulted in duplication of costs.

On February 1st, I was informed that my subscription was renewed for 10 months without any express authorization from my side. Furthermore, this renewal occurred not at the initial value, but at double the agreed-upon amount.

Facing what I consider a contractually abusive situation, I canceled the services on April 1st and was notified of my decision. However, invoices for my company continue to be issued.

To dissolve a contract, I was charged in total amount 867.42 euros.

I have already been a victim of SCAM. But the damage was not as great as this time.

Hi Federico, thanks for getting in touch.
I apologise but there seems to be some confusion surrounding both points you have raised.
I located the meeting room bookings in Porto & Lisbon and have found no indication of any duplicated costs.
There was also no price increase to the renewal that you refer to. You will see this is reflected in the courtesy renewal reminder email we sent you and the same price is also reflected on the invoices you have received.
A member of my team has contacted you directly to clarify these points and I’m pleased to hear that you’re satisfied with the information that we provided.
Kind regards,
