40% increase on monthly office rental is simply something we cannot accept... especially when services at the same time decrease (e.g. less meeting rooms)

I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. You have been enjoying a preferential rate for one of your offices for several years but unfortunately, we can no longer sustain this price. At Regus we work hard to ensure our services offer exceptional value to our customers but the increase was a necessary adjustment due to the increase in costs and the pricing is fair and consistent with the current market conditions. The local team have offered you more attractive pricing for longer agreement terms but your preference was for a more flexible month-to-month agreement.
If you change your mind the local team will be happy to provide all the options for you.
