Horrible Company, Don't do it

I had a lease signed with this company. 6 months into the lease they decided to start charging me an additional $579. I had an email from their leasing manager and a lease signed showing my agreed upon rate and the leasing manager highlighting how my lease was not going to change until 12 months were up.

I chatted with my office manager and leadership for months, and they all blamed it on upper management and never resolved it.

Luckily I paid on my AMEX and they will refund me for the fraudulent charges
