Dean was so amazing he rang me when he was on his way and kept my informed of his arrival time. Upon arrival he was so polite and courteous. I can highly recommend that Dean is a credit to the company and if you are lucky enough to have him as your delivery driver you will be pleased.

The cost of the fridge freezer was £50 lower than Amazon. The delivery was very fast within two days of ordering. The delivery driver Dean was very helpful in getting this large object into our kitchen through a narrow hall way with a low arch ceiling.

I am always dubious about going online and buying stuff. You hear about people being ripped off. But today was a very pleasant surprise. I ordered a new dishwasher and everything looked good. They sent conformation email a and said I'd have another one with delivery details. Following morning still no email. So I messaged them to see what was happening. Within minutes they were it touch assuring me it was in hand. The same night I had a email from the courier to confirm a 10 o'clock delivery the next day. And true to their word it was delivered. I would highly recommend this company and I will be using it for all my needs in the future plus let freinds know how good and easy they are to deal with.

Paid additional for installation of my washing machine but the delivery man did not stay to ensure that the machine was working correctly. As a result as soon as they had left the machine, which had been left on a short cycle started making weird grinding noises, so I turned the machine off. Tried to call but no option to speak to someone for customer service queries, only options for deliveries and Sales, with advice given to email. I emailed on the 1st July and still no response. I have spent a lot of money with Reliant (I also bought a large American style fridge freezer) and feel completely let down. I'm left with no washing machine and facing having to pay for laundrette on top of paying for an additional service I did not receive. Glad I did not purchase the dishwasher as well. Will avoid using at all costs in future.

From start to finosh whst we recieved was first class. It was a real hatd struggle to get my old fridge free,er out of the door to the new one actially fitting in but amazingly the two guys coped and noghing was too much trouble. They were so polite at all time. I will most definitely be using this company again

Still waiting for refund of disposal of appliance and packaging and £20 compensation. Delivery service not up to standard .
Fridge/freezer ok but really small shelves. This is reflected in price paid
Dean the delivery driver was fantastic on his own for a Samsung fridge freezer that took 3 people to get in the house, he got it out in about 20 mins. As well as delivering ours with the service you'd expect.

I bought a fridge over 10 days ago and I’m still waiting for it. I sent a message to the customer service department 5 days ago, and I’m still waiting for a response.
To make matters even more absurd, they’ve sent me this message asking for my feedback on my experience with them.
Could someone please let me know if this company actually exists or if it’s an online scam?
