Is Reliant company just scam?
I bought a fridge over 10 days ago and I’m still waiting for it. I sent a message to the customer service department 5 days ago, and I’m still waiting for a response.
To make matters even more absurd, they’ve sent me this message asking for my feedback on my experience with them.
Could someone please let me know if this company actually exists or if it’s an online scam?

Hye 394L American style fridge freezer
The delivery company contracted employ two brilliant delivery drivers who went above and beyond.
The actual product is spot-on. A quiet large fridge but with a small footprint. I'm really happy with it so far.

Absolutely loved this delivery from reliant ….The guy arrived between the time slot given and transported my New reliant machine in effortlessly My Dalmatian loved Dean and couldn’t wait for the lovely greeting he gave her ..also helped me by using his sac truck put my old one out front for me too so above and beyond to assist me …Amd arrived two days from ordering !! As for the New Machine such great price from the start & wow Wow Wow so quiet lovely to look at with every possible cycle one could ever need I love it Definitely 💯 % recommend both

I spoke to Gareth after my oven arrived damaged. The absolute angel was friendly, professional and arranged for my oven to be replaced immediately - even collecting the old one. 10/10 customer service
