BUYER BEWARE AND I MEAN BEWARE , THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER TO DEAL WITH , WE GOT TWO ENGINES FROM THEM AMD BOTH CAME FROM A SCRAP YARD WHEN WE THOUGHT WE WERE ACTUALLY BUYING A REMAN . TO GET AN ANSWER OR HELP YOU WAIT FOR HOURS ON THE PHONE AND THEN EXPECTING A CALL BACK , YOU CAN FORGET IT . WILL NEVER EVER EVER BUY ANOTHER ENGINE FROM THIS PLACE. HERE IT IS 5/13/25 AND WE HAVE A WARRANTY ISSUE THAT HAS YET TO BE RESOLVED FROM 3/28/25 . THEY DONT KNOW ANY ANSWERS WHEN YOU CALL THEM , ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS !!!! BUY IF YOU WANT BUT , THAT YOU WILL REGRET DOING IT .

Tim was great and answered every question I threw at him without any hesitation and made it easy for me to make my decision. I am happy with the service and hopefully soon with the engine I bought. Thanks again Tim.

The experience talking to customer service was great. Everyone was nice, but I still just did not feel comfortable sending $5000 to a stranger…
I read the reviews But nobody said they bought an engine… but the customer service was great
