I appreciated the upfront honesty and openness. It was a breath of fresh air. I wasn't "sold" anything - I was given information, and I could ask all the questions I wanted, but at no time did anyone say something like "we can ship it to you today" or "you want me to get the order started" or something else that tries to "close" the deal. I really appreciated that. Upon arrival, the engine was inspected by my mechanic. He does a lot of engines. I mean... A LOT. And he said "this is probably the cleanest and best reman I've ever seen." He was also impressed with the quality of the gasket set (they're usually junk and have to buy a better set), and we were both amazed that it came with VVT sensors.

Good experience.
Friendly and helpful staff took my order and verified my VIN to match me with the correct engine. The correct Engine was delivered quickly and well crated. Once installed, it is up and running smoothly. Core return was easy enough. I have no complaints.
