I was charged a fee and had not been informed prior to this changes. Calling and getting the information from Remembers customerservice I asked for a credit of the fee this time and that I now know these new terms for the future. She was unwilling to do that thus I cancelled my business with Remember. I was robbed 120 SEK.

I felt that the telephone conversation with the bank was not very welcoming. The staff member spoke very quickly and seemed eager to end the call, which made it difficult for me to ask my questions. I would have appreciated a more patient and helpful response.

Because of my personal workproblems (i lost my work) i could not pay what i was supposed to and i realy hated that.
But now when it is solved i experienced a good and calm conversation with a friendly guy and my heart beats slower again. Thx alot

Terrible card company.
I was forced to use it instead of Everydaycard.
I made a payment of about 2300 Sek which I immediately refused according to the Swedish law of repent payment.
Remember card answered to handle my complaint within two weeks. After many months I have not received any reply.
Terrible company with extremely bad service.
I will not use the card any longer.
How will this issue bee in solved? Through Swedish court?

My Remember card did not work i South Korea. When I spoke to the customer service on phone from South Korea the agent told me that Mastercard is blocked in South Korea. That is Not True! I have another Master Card that worked perfectly. Customer service gives you incorrect information!

I’ve had their credit card for about 6 or 7 years and I really don’t understand how other credit-card companies didn’t copy their smart, efficient and successful business model!!
